Both Swift BPO and the client have the right to terminate the contract by providing a written notice of 15 days to the other party. Should you wish for Swift BPO to allow for a longer notice period, we can accommodate that request, provided you (the client) also agree to the same extended notice duration.
In cases where an employee’s performance is entirely inadequate, a full refund will be offered. If the employee’s performance meets satisfactory levels but does not align with your or our expectations, we will charge based on the number of days worked and refund any remaining balance to you.
If you prefer, we can replace any employee you find unsatisfactory, applying any outstanding funds as credit for the next employee. However, it’s essential to communicate your dissatisfaction as early as possible, ideally within the first week of employment. If an employee has worked for a reasonable duration without any feedback from you, Swift BPO cannot question their ability or take the aforementioned actions. In such situations, the notice period chosen at the time of the initial payment (either 15 days or 1.5 months) will be required to end our services.
